Open the detailed wallet or credit view instead of assuming every displayed number is interchangeable. Identify purchased credit, promotional value and amounts reserved for a particular event or feature.
Check whether a balance expires or follows a usage order. When several types are available, the app may apply one before another according to the published account rules.

Review the purchase screen before confirming
Check the item, quantity, price, currency and destination account. Slow down when autofill or a previous selection remains on screen, because the most expensive mistakes often happen before the confirmation tap.
Submit once and wait for the LK777 result page. If the connection pauses, open history before attempting another purchase so a delayed first request is not duplicated.

Save the masked reference and time, then find the corresponding line in transaction history. Submitted, pending, completed and reversed describe different states and should not be treated as synonyms.
A completed provider charge with a pending LK777 entry may need the published processing time to pass. Keep both records until the balance and history agree.

Report a delayed or incorrect credit precisely
Restarting the app or refreshing once can reveal an updated balance, but repeated purchase attempts will not repair an earlier record. Compare the expected amount with each balance category first.
If the figures still disagree, send LK777 support the time, masked reference, item, expected balance and visible history status. Never include a password, full payment credential or one-time code.
