Review the profile before editing it
Open the account menu and compare the displayed name, contact details, region and recovery method with your current information. Note which fields can be edited directly and which require support or verification.
Do not casually change a verified name to a nickname. Details that are used for identity or payment checks should remain consistent with the documents and accounts that belong to you.
- Compare every displayed field
- Keep verified details consistent
- Use the approved edit route
- Save a confirmation of major changes
Change the password without losing recovery
Choose a unique password and make the change from a trusted device. If the current password is unknown, use the official reset process rather than guessing until the account is temporarily locked.
Afterward, confirm that the recovery email or phone is still available. Store any new recovery codes separately and check whether other sessions should be signed out.
- Use a trusted device
- Create a fresh password
- Verify recovery access
- Review active sessions afterward
Set notifications in both places
An alert can be enabled in LK777 but blocked by the phone, or allowed by the system but disabled inside the app. Check the account preference and the operating-system permission when a notice is missing.
Keep security and account-change alerts visible. Marketing messages are a separate choice and can be adjusted without hiding notices that protect access or confirm important activity.
- Check in-app preferences
- Review phone permissions
- Keep security alerts visible
- Separate optional marketing notices
Keep an audit trail for sensitive edits
Record the date of a changed email, phone, password or verified field until the account shows the new value correctly. A screenshot of the confirmation is useful when the display updates slowly.
If a locked field is wrong, avoid opening multiple profiles to work around it. Contact LK777 support with the field name, correct information and the verification route requested by the team.
- Change one field at a time
- Check the result after saving
- Retain the confirmation
- Escalate locked-field errors
