Read every column in the prize table
Find the rank or score band, corresponding reward, eligibility notes and any maximum number of recipients. Check whether a displayed amount is fixed, shared or described as an estimate.
If stages use different tables, save the one that applies to the final round. A qualification reward and a championship reward may follow separate delivery rules.
- Identify the correct rank band
- Check fixed or shared values
- Read recipient limits
- Use the final-stage table
Understand what can move a final rank
Equal scores may be separated by completion time, a category result, highest round or another published tie-break. Apply those criteria in order rather than choosing the one that favors a preferred outcome.
Penalties, corrections and unsettled matches can also change the table after play stops. Wait until LK777 marks the event final before treating the visible rank as confirmed.
- Read tie-breaks in order
- Check penalties
- Allow corrections to settle
- Confirm final event status
Separate result confirmation from prize delivery
A final rank can be confirmed before the reward reaches account history. Read the stated review and delivery period, including business-day or provider conditions where they apply.
Do not submit repeated claims during that window. Keep the event ID, final rank and prize-table line together so the later account entry is easy to identify.
- Record the final rank
- Save the applicable table line
- Note the delivery window
- Watch the correct history area
Report a settled mismatch with a focused record
First compare the final rank, tie-break, eligibility and account status with the prize table. Confirm that the delivery interval has actually ended.
If the reward remains missing, send LK777 support the event ID, final screen, table line, account-history status and the date delivery was due. Keep the case limited to that result.
- Verify rank and eligibility
- Wait for delivery to end
- Keep the result screenshot
- Send one complete case
