Review the account before requesting closure
Open history and look for pending transactions, active offers, unsettled event results and unresolved support tickets. Complete or document anything that may need an answer after access is removed.
Read the current closure policy for balances, rewards and retained records. Some items may expire or become unavailable once the account reaches its final closed state.
- Inspect balances and history
- Resolve pending activity
- Read the closure conditions
- Note open ticket numbers
Download only the records you actually need
Save lawful account statements, transaction references and support confirmations that may be useful for personal records. Keep them in protected storage rather than a public photo folder or shared computer.
Avoid collecting sensitive screenshots without a purpose. A short list of final references is easier to secure and find than a large archive containing unnecessary profile information.
- Keep final transaction references
- Save support confirmations
- Protect downloaded records
- Remove unnecessary copies
Use the official closure request
Find the close-account option in settings or ask LK777 support for the approved route. The service may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
Complete identity checks only through official channels. No outside person should need your password or one-time code to submit or accelerate a closure request.
- Use settings or official support
- State the request clearly
- Complete ownership checks safely
- Keep the closure reference
Confirm what final status means
A submitted request may enter a review or cooling-off period before closure is final. Read whether login remains available, whether the request can be cancelled and when account data will be handled under the applicable policy.
After confirmation, remove saved credentials and local app data from personal devices. If the account still appears active beyond the stated period, follow up in the same support thread with the original reference.
- Read the effective date
- Understand any review period
- Remove saved device access
- Follow up with the same reference
